Senior Product Manager - Tech (AI/ML)

Seattle, WA /
Engineering – Product & Design /
Magnify is a next-generation orchestration platform for the post-sales industry. Over 90% of revenue for most companies comes after the initial sale, but the customer experience is disconnected and siloed across multiple technology platforms and teams. Magnify uses AI/ML along with a modern microservices architecture to transform that experience to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for our customers. The opportunity is a massive and untapped market by current solutions.
Magnify's initial customers are enterprise Chief Customer Officers and their organizations. These executives are challenged to scale the teams and drive performance across increasing numbers of customer touch points, but struggle with fragmented technologies and manual processes. Magnify meets them at their point of need and solves their critical challenges in this large and growing market of over 4 million CS professionals.
Magnify is a fast-moving startup backed by top-tier investors like Madrona and Decibel, with a veteran and successful leadership team.

The role
We are looking for a stellar Senior Product Manager to come join our mission to transform the post-sales customer experience. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, Applied scientists, UX designers and customers to develop and launch a V1 product in the market and scale as we grow. Magnify will depend on the person in this position to work backwards from customer needs, recommend and make product decisions, translate high-level roadmap items into detailed user stories with product designs, prioritize features, maintain a prioritized product roadmap, measure success metrics for product features and be the voice of the customer in the room.

As an early member of Magnify’s product team, this is an empowering role for an individual to be an integral part of an early product development cycle and instrumental in defining product vision and strategy with significant and long lasting impact. This role provides an opportunity to grow with the company and to have real impact with enormous upside.

Data-driven & Decisive – Both creative and analytical. Ability to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to fully understand a problem space and customer needs to effectively find, implement and iterate solutions in a self-directed capacity and as a part of a collaborative team.
Customer-centric – Believes that customers are at the center of all great products and engaged with customers internally and externally to understand their needs and represent them in product decisions.
Bias for action – Self-starter with a demonstrated practice of product development and management, doing what is needed to solve problems with the sense of urgency and thoughtful judgment, and finding ways to contribute beyond normal boundaries of your role.
Culture – Strong team player, true character, always learning, curious, respectful, inclusive, scrappy, smart and thrives in ambiguity.
Communication – Brings a proven ability to communicate effectively and transparently with team members, and to engage in creative, thoughtful and energetic discussions with others.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management within world-class B2B software companies with AI and ML experience; MBA a plus.
Experience with modern post-sales software (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, Pendio,, Intercom, etc) and processes is a plus
Prior startup experience is preferred, but not required
