The opportunity
 
MainStreet is looking to add our first Product Marketing Manager to help us generate customer insights that inform MainStreet’s overall product strategy. You will work extremely closely with multiple cross-functional teams, working across the entire product lifecycle. This is an opportunity to actively shape the future of a FinTech company that promises to contribute to the success of startups and SMBs.

What You'll Do

    • Partner closely with the sales team to develop compelling marketing collateral; including presentations, one-pagers, FAQs and more
    • Articulate the customer journey, uncover customer insights, and identify key user needs to focus product on the largest business opportunities
    • Create effective customer-facing sales assets and internal guides
    • Be a storyteller, you will tailor messaging to resonate with MainStreet customers
    • Collaborate with the product team, as the voice of the customer, to help inform and shape MainStreet’s product roadmap
    • Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives
    • Craft compelling product stories, and clear documentation that will be used to both internally and externally
    • Design customer facing assets that are consistent with MainStreet’s brand guidelines and product vision
    • Serve as a champion for the MainStreet consumer, working across the organization to advocate for initiatives that enhance our customer experience

What We're Looking For

    • 4-6 years of marketing experience in a high-growth, B2B environment; bonus points for experience working with a FinTech company
    • Comfortable with adjusting to fast-moving and ever changing environments
    • Experience crafting captivating customer-facing sales collateral
    • Experience launching new products, and crafting compelling collateral with new releases

Compensation

    • Base salary range for this position is $97,000 - $168,000 and is based upon years of experience that is commensurate with the level of the position, in addition to location
    • Bonus that is commensurate with the level of the position
