Malaria No More is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Staff Accountant to support our finance team in maintainingaccurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements. This is a great opportunity for a motivated accounting professional who is excited to apply their skills to a global health mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a monthly basis
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for grants and donor-funded programs
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with implementing process improvements
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefit reporting as needed
- Collaborate with Operations and Development teams on financial tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in nonprofit or general accounting
- Proficiency in NetSuiteand Excel; experience with Concur or similar platforms a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with nonprofit accounting and restricted fund tracking is preferred

$50,000 - $80,000 a year
