About the role:

As Malt is growing and scaling we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Community team. Malt is a community of more than 300K freelancers in France : tech, project manager, support functions, product designers, marketing consultants, etc. The Community team's mission is to attract and activate most high value freelancers, engaging them in the community, be responsible for their experience, and contribute to the growth of the company. 

The purpose of the Account Community Builder team is to be the main point of contact in the Community Team for Key Account Managers in charge of our most valuable clients/key clients.

The mission of the Account Community Builder is to build and deploy a Community strategy supporting the growth ambition of Malt, with a direct and measured impact on the business.

As a Account Community Builder, you will be :

> accountable for Community strategy for key Clients account
> Build pilots actions to :
- Drive more business (identify specific freelancer profiles needed for the Business Units, coordinate with the freelance Success Managers to build a hunting and activation plan, push business provider program to top freelancers,  run CSR actions…)
- Engage freelancers (create dedicated content in collaboration with the content manager, run community events…)
> Be responsible of the performance of the Business Provider Program for freelancers, by monitoring the results, generate adoption across teams in the company, share best practices and recommend for improvements
> Build process and tools for 1:many onboardings: welcome freelancers starting projects in our key clients and engage them in our community
> Be a key stakeholder on defining and refining processes, you provide internal feedbacks

In constant interactions with the freelancers you aggregate insightful internal reports that Community & Sales teams can leverage on to increase their understanding of the talent ecosystem

About you:

> You have a significant experience in Sales or Account / Success Management in fast-paced environments
> You are eager to identify, support and groom highly skilled freelancers and create impact for them, for our clients and for Malt You have good communication skills and proven ability to convince, sell, persuade
> You have analytical skills (you can define KPIs to monitor your business performance, you can deep dive into data and processes to identify areas of improvements)
> You are curious about tech industries, jobs and skill sets
> You are a French speaker with fully professional English and comfortable in an international environment

Our recruitement process :

1. Screening with Elisa, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30-45 minutes)
2. Interview with Camille to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
3. Home assignment to prepare and present in order to evaluate your hard skills
4. Final interview with a C-Level to discuss Malt’s long term vision
