Als Finance Operations Manager arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kollegen im Vertriebf, mit unseren Kunden, wie auch mit unseren freiberuflichen Beratern zusammen. Die Rolle ist aus der Finanzperspektive die essenzielle Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmen und Kunden. So bekommst du tiefe Einblicke in unser operatives GeschÀft und kannst dich persönlich weiterentwickeln und aktiv mitgestalten.
Key responsibilities âš
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem operativen Finance-Team zusammen und unterstĂŒtzt u.a. durch Erstellung, Ăberwachung und Korrektur von Rechnungen
- Du ĂŒbernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du bist verantwortlich fĂŒr die PrĂŒfung von Reisekostenabrechnungen und das Mahnwesen
- Du nimmst an der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Buchhaltung teil, u.a. mittels Sicherstellung von Dokumentation sowie Rechnungspflege
- Du unterstĂŒtzt sowohl das Management als auch das Business durch Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
- Du hilfst bei Aktualisierung und Optimierung von Reportings- und Analysetools und bringst Deine Ideen fĂŒr Prozessoptimierungen ein

- Du hast nicht nur SpaĂ an Zahlen, sondern liebst es, mit unterschiedlichsten Menschen zu kommunizieren und zusammenzuarbeiten
- Du bist eine echter Teamplayer und verfolgst Deine Aufgaben gewissenhaft und mit vollem Einsatz
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ZuverlÀssigkeit und Detailorientierung aus
- Du sprichst flieĂend Deutsch und idealerweise auch Englisch
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im kaufmĂ€nnischen Bereich oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus. Erste einschlĂ€gige Berufserfahrung ist wĂŒnschenswert.
