Zu unseren Kunden zählen sowohl die Geschäftsführer und Partner global tätiger Beratungshäuser, als auch renommierter Boutique-Beratungen, die wir mit der Top-Riege der freiberuflichen strategischen Berater von Europa zusammenbringen.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Definition und Umsetzung geeigneter Strategien zur Positionierung von COMATCH x Malt als One-Stop-Shop für Freelancer & Berater
- Unterstützung unseres Outbound Growth Teams zum Ausbau Deines Kundenportfolios
- Lead Conversion und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Project Delivery Team zur erfolgreichen Durchführung von Kundenprojekten
- Entwicklung und Ausbau Deiner Accounts; Aufbau Deines Netzwerkes auf Partner-/Geschäftsführungsebene, um mittel- sowie langfristige Ziele zu erreichen
- Cold-Calling
- Kunden etwas verkaufen, das sie eigentlich nicht brauchen

DEIN PROFIL
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im beratenden, persönlichen B2B Sales
- Spaß und Neugier am Consulting-Business
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, einschließlich aktiven Zuhörens und Empathievermögen
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungskompetenz und Erfahrung in der Gesprächsführung auf Geschäftsführungsebene
- Zuverlässigkeit gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Drive
- Spaß an der Arbeit in einem der erfolgreichsten digitalen Scale-Ups in Europa
