En rejoignant l’équipe Finance Operations, tu travailleras en Ă©troite collaboration avec nos partenaires financiers (plateforme de gestion des paiements, partenaire de financement) ainsi que nos commerciaux et nos Ă©quipes techniques.

Ton rĂŽle sera d’optimiser les processus de facturation et paiement de la plateforme afin de proposer Ă  nos freelances et clients une expĂ©rience toujours plus exceptionnelle sur la plateforme Malt.

Key responsibilities âœš

Gestion de l’activitĂ© finance opĂ©rationnelle quotidienne:

    • GĂ©rer de maniĂšre proactive le processus de facturation de nos diffĂ©rents comptes.
    • S'assurer que les factures sont opportunes, prĂ©cises et complĂštes, conformĂ©ment Ă  notre modĂšle et aux attentes du client.
    • Collaborer avec les autres dĂ©partements pour assurer l'exactitude de la facturation: comptabilitĂ©, sales, finops.
    • GĂ©rer le support aux clients / freelances sur des problĂ©matiques de facturation / paiement et gestion de la facturation spĂ©cifique hors plateforme (avoirs, factures HBO)
    • RĂ©conciliation des paiements clients et relance des avis de paiement.

Innovation / Automatisation des processus :

    • Mettre en Ɠuvre et suivre les projets liĂ©s Ă  la facturation (simplifier et automatiser les processus de facturation, automatiser les processus de commandes/SO...)
    • Identification des goulots d’étranglement dans les processus financiers actuels qui provoquent des frictions cĂŽtĂ© clients/freelances et entraĂźnent des tĂąches manuelles Ă  faible valeur ajoutĂ©e (gestion de factures / avoirs, envoi de factures en manuel, etc.)

About you 🧑‍🚀

    • Une premiĂšre expĂ©rience en start-up (idĂ©alement plateforme B2B) avec un focus sur des problĂ©matiques de finance opĂ©rationnelle 
    • Rigoureux(se), autonome et trĂšs organisĂ©(e) 
    • Attitude positive & constructive
    • Approche crĂ©ative de la rĂ©solution de problĂšmes
    • Solides compĂ©tences en Excel et en matiĂšre de planification et d'organisation
    • MaĂźtrise du français, niveau professionnel en anglais, et Ă  l’aise dans un environnement international et anglophone
    • MotivĂ©(e) Ă  faire Ă©voluer une plateforme qui fera 1 milliards d’euros en 2024 !
