As part of the Belgium Sales team based in Brussels, you will have strategic impact in a high-potential market. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring, establishing, and nurturing long-term partnerships with our new clients. This is a challenging full-cycle sales role that will directly contribute to the strong commercial expansion of Malt, all while building quality relationships with our enterprise accounts in Belgium.
Our Sales Hunters are business development experts focused on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with untapped enterprise accounts. You'll be the pioneer in virgin territories, building relationships from scratch and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities β¨
- Proactively source, qualify, and develop a robust portfolio of new enterprise accounts aligned with target market objectives.
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and identify new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding their specific needs.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Malt as a valuable and strategic partner.
- Negotiate and successfully close complex business deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and consistent revenue growth using MEDDIC methodology as a guide.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, meticulously track key performance metrics, and accurately forecast future revenue.
- Educate the market on the power of using independent consultants and assist clients in enhancing their approach to freelancing.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure long-term client success and provide valuable local insights for product and value proposition enhancement.
About you π§βπ
- 5+ years of successful experience in target-driven sales hunting large enterprise accounts
- B2B sales experience preferably in the Consulting/ Staffing/ SaaS/ technology industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and convince C-level decision-makers such as CIO, CMO, CEO and CHRO
- A self-starter capable of working independently, while also being a strong collaborator involving colleagues and leaders in order to unlock & scale new accounts
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment and a competitive market
- Fully fluent in English and either French or Dutch and comfortable in an international environment
