OPPORTUNITY
Mammoth is seeking an industrious, experienced full-lifecycle recruiter to manage and uplevel the talent acquisition function during a period of rapid growth. In close partnership with the Director of People, the Recruiting Manager will balance tactical, day-to-day recruiting work with strategic initiatives that will improve the candidate experience and establish Mammoth as a best-in-class employer. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the full candidate lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions that are critical to the company’s advancement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage a requisition load of 10-20 positions, from job description development to offer
    • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with hiring managers by delivering on requests and driving the recruiting process forward
    • Create, implement and champion standardized recruiting processes throughout the company
    • Build and nurture a candidate pipeline that supports the company’s commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI)
    • Determine impactful recruiting metrics and report on them on a regular basis
    • Establish and uplevel Mammoth’s employer brand strategy 
    • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners, including agencies and contract recruiters
    • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
    • 2 years of recruiting experience in a scientific industry (i.e. biotech, pharma, medical device)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience recruiting for a fast-growing startup
    • People management experience
    • High close rate
    • Experience developing an employer brand presence and managing platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
    • Experience filling requisitions in the diagnostics and/or gene editing space
    • Proficiency in digital productivity tools; namely, GSuite, Lever, Slack, Asana and Zoom
    • Customer service mentality and whatever-it-takes attitude
    • High sense of urgency and ability to work independently 
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience building candidate pipeline via online sourcing and/or networking
