As part of this strategic growth, the company is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join its U.S. team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing organization, helping medical device manufacturers navigate complex regulatory requirements while driving new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of building relationships, generating leads, and representing the company at industry events, contributing directly to the expansion of its North American footprint. This role offers autonomy, career growth, and the chance to make a real impact in a highly specialized and dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients via email, phone, and professional networks.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical device manufacturers, industry chambers, and business communities.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Support the full sales cycle, including client needs assessment, proposal, contract negotiation, and closing.
    • Track and report on sales pipeline, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and proper documentation submission.
    • Assist in preparing marketing materials and campaigns (email campaigns, brochures, presentations) to support sales.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging U.S. markets.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and provide market insights to refine sales strategy.
    • Gather client feedback to improve services, processes, and promotional approaches.
    • Occasionally support client training sessions or webinars on certification requirements and procedures.
    • Other related duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
    • Proven experience in the medical device, certification, regulatory, or healthcare industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in email and phone outreach.
    • Ability to work both in-office and remotely.
    • Comfortable using office tools and technology for scheduling, reporting, and client engagement.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
