We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager with a proven track record to lead Mango’s RFP bid process. This role is an integral part of the organization’s overall success. We are looking for someone who is flexible and adaptive in a growing organization. You will also develop, maintain and update a proposal content database.  Collaboration with appropriate departments and subject matter experts will be a large part of your job — you’ll be the captain of the RFP team, organizing, directing and helping to get RFP responses created on time and with all requirements.

We’re looking for someone who works well with a team and knows when to delegate and when to jump in and help. You’ll need to be detail oriented, especially under pressure and time constraints. You should be assertive, have a track record of winning RFPs, and be willing to take ownership of your projects.
