Manifest Financial is seeking a Community Manager who is familiar with the creator economy and the creator ecosystem, this candidate may be an active participant in the creator sector. This unique role requires a blend of creativity, community engagement skills, marketing experience, and is ideally suited for someone who has firsthand experience adjacent to the creator economy.

Responsibilities

    • Partnership and relationship management: Create cohesiveness and community between platform partners and content creators 
    • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that encompass digital, traditional, and partnership marketing efforts
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.

    • Community Engagement and Support
    • Develop and implement engagement strategies to maximize member participation leveraging relationships with platforms and creators. 
    • Organize and host both virtual and physical events aimed at building strong bonds within the community.
    • Provide ongoing support to community members to enhance their experience and involvement with Manifest’s offerings.

    • Strategic Community Building & Growth
    • Design and facilitate online forums and social media groups that promote interaction and collaboration among creators.
    • Act as a mediator and facilitator for community discussions, ensuring a respectful and creative environment that honors diverse viewpoints.

    • Product Feedback 
    • Establish a structured process for collecting and analyzing community feedback to help steer product development and policy changes.
    • Advocate for community needs and priorities within internal strategy meetings to ensure community feedback helps shape business decisions.

    • Marketing and Content Creation
    • Lead content creation efforts that align with marketing strategies to boost community growth and engagement.
    • Manage social media accounts and campaigns, creating compelling content that resonates with creators and highlights community achievements.
    • Develop and oversee B2C email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging for all subscribers.

    • Brand Advocacy 
    • Support as a company representative at events to best represent the Manifest brand
    • Collaborate with influencers and thought leaders within the creator economy to expand our reach and credibility.

Requirements

    • At least 4 years of experience in community management, with at least 2 years as an active creator or in a creator economy adjacent role (social media management, creator platform marketing, etc.) 
    • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns or projects.
    • Superior writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire diverse audiences.
    • Experience organizing successful community events, both online and offline.
    • High level of creativity and innovation in problem-solving and strategy formulation.
    • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, with an understanding of building a social channel
    • Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus
    • Prior agency experience is a bonus
