We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Partnerships to lead our platform partnerships within the creator industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of alliance or business development experience, specifically working with prominent companies in the creator, payments, and/or fintech space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our platform's value proposition and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify and prioritize potential platform partners within the creator industry to expand our ecosystem.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain high-impact partnerships.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and fostering long-term collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring mutual benefits and continuous improvement.
- Market and Industry Insight:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the creator industry.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact partnerships.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market and partner feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners.
- Collaborate with the product team to align partnership goals with product development and enhancements.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives against defined KPIs and business objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of partnerships and identify areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership or business development roles, with a focus on the creator, payments, and/or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships with enterprise companies in and around the creator industry.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital platforms, and fintech solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
