Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment services companies, is seeking a candidate for a Data Entry role based in our Calabasas HQ office. This part-time temporary position is project based and is expected to last up to 6 months.

The ideal candidate for the Data Entry position is a data-driven expert with great attention to detail. Candidates who are highly-skilled and motivated, and proficient in database management should apply. Quick and accurate typing skills, impeccable organization, and analytical skills are a must. This is an excellent opportunity for a student with an interest in the field of Human Resources to work in a fast-paced, energetic Human Resources department. 

Key responsibilities:

    • E-file information into customer relationship management system
    • Assess information, documents and data records that are deemed incomplete
    • Review source documents and data for duplication
    • Keep detailed records of tasks and progress
    • Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources

Requirements:

    • Attention to detail and ability to review one’s work for accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Proficient in Excel and/or Access with highly accurate typing skills
    • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry; preferably in a customer relations management database system
    • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
