We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator for a leading commercial real estate investment sales team in the Ventura office of Marcus & Millichap, the largest real estate investment brokerage firm in the U.S. Potential candidates should have experience with digital marketing and social media, and strong written verbal communication skills. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, entrepreneurial sales environment.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Real Estate Experience is a plus, but not required
- Brand Development Experience – Social Media Marketing
- Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively work and interact with team members and clients
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must have a solid grasp of fundamental concepts of print and graphic design principles
- Basic project management, editing, and writing skills required
- Collaborative, proactive, approachable, flexible, with a strong desire to learn and grow
Responsibilities:
- Becoming a valuable team member working closing with agents and existing marketing team
- Preparing marketing materials
- Manage Team website
- Social media content creation and implementation
- E-mail marketing campaigns
- Create print and digital media ads
- Prepare and coordinate client events
- Aid in Brand Development
