Marcus & Millichap is looking for a senior marketing professional to lead graphic design and marketing for a top Multifamily team in our Seattle office. We're seeking a self-starter who is detail-oriented, creative, and dependable. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality work on time, takes initiative, and is committed to supporting the team and exceeding expectations. 

Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the marketing lifecycle throughout real estate transactions from client pitch materials to listing presentations, and post-closing PR and social media. 
    • Create high-quality marketing presentations for transactions under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail. 
    • Research property details, markets, and other relevant information to support marketing materials like maps and write-ups. 
    • Ensure all materials align with Marcus & Millichap’s brand and graphic standards. 
    • Coordinate with brokers and other departments to gather information and manage timely delivery of marketing campaigns. 
    • Develop email campaigns, manage contact lists, and create printed mailers. 
    • Schedule and edit property photography as needed. 
    • Update property listings with necessary marketing materials across all platforms. 
    • Maintain client-facing broker bios and online presence. 
    • Manage the team’s social media accounts and website. 
    • Provide weekly marketing status updates for each deal. 
    • Track and manage project timelines for the team, reporting any delays. 

Requirements:

    • Minimum of three to five years of experience in marketing and campaign management, preferably in real estate or other professional or financial industries
    • Candidate must be tech savvy and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and CRM (Salesforce or similar)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, mapping, and database software
    • Effective oral and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
    • Strong proofreading and editing abilities
    • Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
    • Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects accurately and on time
$45 - $48 an hour
