We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in providing administrative support, fielding calls, coordinating with team members, and assisting with marketing activities.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, coordinating with team members, sending marketing packages, and following up with buyers. You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

    • Field incoming calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate team members.
    • Coordinate with team members to schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
    • Prepare and send marketing packages to prospective clients and buyers.
    • Follow up with buyers to gather feedback, answer questions, and address concerns.
    • Maintain organized records of client communications, appointments, and marketing activities.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Prerequisites:

    • California resident
    • High School diploma or equivalent;
    • Proficiency in Word and Excel;
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:

    • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (Preferred)
    • Familiarity with commercial real estate or related industry. (Not Required)
