Responsibilities:

    • Full time Receptionist for front desk in Corporate Headquarters.
    • Answers phones in a pleasant, professional, and helpful manner.
    • Orders and stocks supplies, snacks, coffee.
    • Greets visitors / guests and ensures they are taken care of.
    • Maintains two kitchens and front lobby; Ensures lobby area and 3 conference rooms are kept clean and organized.
    • Ensures copy machines have toner, ink and paper.
    • Assists departments as needed with filing, mailings, etc.
    • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

    • High School Diploma and/or relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist.
