We are looking for highly motivated individuals to enter our Junior Agent Training Program in our fast growing office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Successful candidates will be mentored by a Senior Agent and upon completion of the program will transition to an Investment Sales Associate position within our firm. This is a salaried program that also offers additional bonus opportunities.

Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Some real estate, financial or similar sales experience is beneficial. Math and sales skills are essential. A Real Estate license is not required for an interview, but it is required prior to joining the program.
