Marcus & Millichap is seeking a dependable individual with mid-level experience for a full-time position working directly under a top investment team in the Minneapolis Office. Excellent analytical and professional business writing skills are required. Superior computer skills are a must; candidate should possess a high comfort level with Microsoft Office.  Individual with previous experience in real estate is a preferred but not required.
 
The Executive Administrator will be working in an office of commercial real estate professionals who value a positive company culture. We are currently located in a brand-new office building in the West End of Minneapolis and in proximity to many restaurants and establishments. This position has been created due to the team growing, so self-sufficiency and the ability to adapt is a must – but don’t worry, there are many resources and training opportunities available.
 
The Executive Administrator will provide analytical support services, assist with marketing packages, data input, market research, analyzing comparable properties and sales trends, and ultimately being of assistance in many different aspects of this team’s business. From administrative duties to managing real estate transactions from start to finish. If you have experience being an assistant or supporting high-producing teams, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

    • Manage marketing for a high performing commercial real estate agent that specializes in apartment property sales in Minneapolis.
    • Collaborate with agent to create email marketing campaigns for exclusive property listings and other email branding campaigns.
    • Candidate will also assist with several administrative tasks including transactions procedures, creating organizational pipeline documents, and other systems to create business efficiencies.
    • Consistently update database and keep track of market transactions.
    • Candidate will have the opportunity to work independently on projects and then collaborate with the agent on new ideas or implementations as they see fit.
    • Collect data and real estate market information from research and brokers.
    • Working with the team documenting Letter of Intents, Purchasing Sale Agreements, Representation Agreements, and required Addendums
    • Willing to learn InDesign to help with marketing packages.

Job Requirenments:

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel
    • Must be proficient in Adobe Suite, Photoshop and Lightroom
    • Exceptional analytical skills
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
    • Works well under deadlines
