We are looking for a bright individual interested joining a successful and growing commercial real estate brokerage team.  Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong written and verbal skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.  

Responsibilities

    • Draft and prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents for sales team.
    • Proofreading of correspondence, proposals, contracts, presentations and marketing materials.
    • Updating Databases
    • Maintain calendar and coordinate meetings. 
    • Support with document preparation, including formatting and editing letters, preparing and/or editing PowerPoint Presentations and marketing packages/proposals and managing other correspondence from the draft to delivery stages.  Ability to review finished material for completeness, accuracy, clarity and format.
    • Answer phones
    • Expertise in coordinating complex travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, etc) with and without travel agency assistance
    • Assist with preparation of reporting.
    • Assist with planning meetings, conferences and activity reviews

Job Requirements:

    • College Degree preferred
    • High aptitude for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Application
    • Experience in InDesign and Photoshop
    • Prior Real Estate/Mortgage Experience is a Plus
    • Must be self-confident, self-directed and collaborative
    • Great grammar, spelling, proofreading skills required
    • Must have minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in an administrative support role
    • Extraordinary attention to detail
    • Experience in QuickBooks
