The Ottawa office is actively hiring and training and we’re on the lookout for an ambitious, entrepreneurial-minded professional, to be an integral part of our Retail Leasing division.

Previous sales, leasing or retail experience is a plus, but not a must. Being coachable, however, is an imperative.

Typical duties for our agents include:
- Analyzing ownership records, market data and industry insights
- Networking sources
- Participating in networking and sector-specific events.
- Crafting leasing proposals
- Marketing exclusive listings to potential lessees
- Guiding clients with tailored retail leasing strategies
- Showings, calls, admin
Requirements:
- Real estate license (or in process of obtaining)
- Stellar communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to forge and maintain market connections.
- Proficiency with computers
- Ever-curious mindset.
- A passion for working alongside optimistic, success-driven colleagues.

- This is position is a 100% commission-based role.
