Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage firm, is searching for a corporate Graphic Designer to join our Property Marketing department. Ideal candidates for this role are passionate about providing top customer service, experienced in executing high-volume design production within templated solutions, and always looking for ways to improve self and team.

The Graphic Designer will create high-end real estate offering memoranda and proposal presentations to support our investment sales brokerage agents in markets nationwide. Additionally, this individual will assist with the coordination of assignments and oversight of a growing number of contract designers across the department. Our internal graphic production process utilizes a combination of our proprietary document generation software and the Adobe Creative Suite.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) role. This is an in-office position in our Phoenix, AZ corporate office. Hybrid weekly accommodations are available (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

    • Serve in a client-facing (Agents) design production role – create and deliver refined marketing documents directly to Agents. and communicate revisions and project updates through completion.
    • Provide guidance and oversight to contract personnel and in-house production designers.
    • Review new incoming project requests to ensure they meet specific criteria.
    • Record critical project data and information in a Salesforce database.
    • Report to Supervisor/Manager on project timelines, workload distribution or other project related issues.
    • Carry out routine file maintenance, archiving, and related administrative tasks.
    • Review project outputs for accuracy, branding, and grammatical purposes.
    • Assist clients and team members in the troubleshooting of any CS related issues.

Experience and Skillset

    • Minimum of two years of page layout design production experience.
    • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite core applications.
    • Prior experience in commercial real estate or related industry is a plus.
    • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
    • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM software applications is a plus.
