Marcus & Millichap, the nation's leading commercial real estate investment company, is seeking a career minded Administrative Assistant for a top producing Team in their Tampa office. This individual will be highly organized and detail oriented with experience in supporting a group of professional sales individuals.
 
This individual provides a broad range of administrative assistance to sales agents and management and will divide their time between administrative brokerage work and marketing responsibilities including but not limited to:

Duties

    • Brokerage duties such as processing new listings, reviewing closing documents, assist with administrative tasks/front office support including back-up phone support.
    • Marketing support for sales agents including the coordination of events, contests, advertising, press releases, social media, and public relations.
    • Production of marketing material including flyers, brochures, general marketing letters, postcards, email blasts, offering memorandums, packages, proposals, etc. utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite and Marcus & Millichap’s proprietary software.
    • Become skilled on the firm's research, technology and marketing tools and provide ongoing training and workshops on the use of these tools.
    • Other duties as assigned by Team.

Interpersonal Skills

    • 3+ years of administrative experience along with general marketing experience
    • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
    • Knowledge and/or experience with Adobe Creative Suite software including InDesign and Photoshop is preferred
    • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
    • Excellent customer service skills, highly organized and detail oriented
    • Possess a friendly, proactive attitude and a desire to learn and progress within the position
