We are seeking a Commercial Loan Analyst to work in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate is energetic & hard-working, possesses a strong technological background, high-level analytical skills, and exceptional attention-to-detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Researching properties
- Underwriting properties (all property types)
- Generating quotes
- Creating quote sheets, marketing, proposal and loan packages
- Coordinating with clients, lenders and 3rd Parties
- Conducting site visits and photographing properties
- Review of loan documents, environmental surveys, financial statements and leases
- Primary support in assembling a loan file (coordinating between client and capital source)
- Closing support
- Database and pipeline management
