Marcus & Millichap is seeking a strong candidate to join its industry-leading Research Services team. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for analyzing economic, commercial real estate and investment data for key trends, then synthesizing it into reports, analyses, presentations and information that our clients can use to make better-informed investment decisions.


    • Prepares and executes presentations, reports, and projects for use by executives and senior personnel in a wide range of conferences, speaking engagements, and media appearances
    • Interprets data from a variety of sources to convey information clearly and accurately to assess the economic environment and evaluate commercial real estate trends
    • Develops analysis and presentations to enhance client understanding of market trends and investment opportunities
    • Collaborates with executives and senior personnel to craft presentation narratives

Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Economics, Real Estate, Finance or Business required
    • Recent graduates with relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply.
    • Ability to translate data and information into clear, professional presentations and analyses that offer insightful interpretation
    • Analytical thinking and a keen attention to detail is essential
    • Strong understanding of economic concepts and the ability to apply economic thinking to real world scenarios
    • Ability to work under deadlines and complete projects on time with accuracy
    • Professional experience, familiarity with or interest in the commercial real estate industry is beneficial
    • Highly Proficient in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
    • Adobe InDesign, InCopy and CRE Industry applications such as CoStar are considered a plus
