MHC Advisors is a top producing commercial real estate brokerage team located on the West Side of Los Angeles with Marcus and Millichap (the nation's leading commercial real estate firm). Our team focuses on the sale of Manufactured Housing Communities (Mobile Home Parks) throughout the United States. The ideal candidate can juggle the daily workload of creating marketing materials while managing the ‘back office’ operations of the team. You possess a strong background in layout design, with proficiency in programs such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

You will ensure that the team’s workflow is following the correct process, deadlines are being met, and clients are being communicated to while managing the marketing of each listing as well as the team.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will handle the team’s transactions. Your responsibilities include scheduling vendors, ensuring all parties, including the sales agents, are advised of all timelines, and preparing property evaluations. You will prepare and process all disclosures, purchase agreements, representation agreements, LOI’s, counteroffers, due diligence, rent surveys, open escrow on all listing transactions, coordinate incoming offers, and support all sales agents. You will manage the CRM and own the entire pipeline for the team.

Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Design proposals and brochures for print and digital use utilizing Adobe InDesign
    • Build, deploy, and monitor email blasts using Constant Contact
    • Create informational material for deals throughout the lifecycle, ie marketing updates, information sheets, offer summaries, etc.
    • Set up direct mail pieces for print using a database of contacts
    • Conduct basic maintenance of team website
    • Develop marketing strategy for individual listings as needed, ie landing sites, video creation, etc.
    • Manage vendors and photographers based on project need
    • Provide marketing support for ad hoc projects

Operations Responsibilities:

    • Organize financial information within Excel
    • Manage deal flow and escrow management (create and execute all documents necessary when deals are launched and during escrow)
    • Gather information on properties in a variety of markets
    • Maintain file management system and internal trackers used by the team
    • Manage the collection of materials relating to the due diligence process and distribute as necessary
    • Oversee escrow activity to ensure information is accurate and timelines are followed
    • Manage all communication between buyers, sellers, brokers, vendors, etc.

Required Knowledge And/or Experience:

    • Must have 1+ years’ experience in real estate, preferable commercial real estate; we are willing to train in various areas, however, an understanding of the industry is required
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and layout skills are required
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word and Excel
    • Proficiency with Constant Contact and DocuSign
    • Prior experience with MLS, CoStar.com & Loopnet.com is a plus
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Versatile and willing to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
    • Ability to keep track of multiple deadlines across multiple deals concurrently
    • Team player with service-oriented positive attitude
