Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Marketing Assistant to support a Senior Vice President Investment agent on a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. The agent specializes in Shopping Centers, Office, Industrial and Manufactured Housing within the Denver office. The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal skills, is exceptionally organized, detail oriented, and has some experience creating and generating print and electronic marketing collateral.

Administrative Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain team CRM database of properties and owners
    • Manage and maintain email database
    • Manage deal flow (facilitate the execution of all documents necessary when deals are launched and during escrow)
    • Build and maintain a central repository of collateral for all deals
    • Build and maintain a document management system to be used by the team
    • Generate market reports
    • Generate call lists as directed
    • Track sales and lease comps throughout the market
    • Manage team leader’s schedule
    • Property management
    • Cash account management
    • Report preparation and distribution

Marketing Responsibilities:

    • Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
    • Generate Broker Opinion of Value
    • Build and deploy email blasts promoting listings
    • Manage social media posts
    • Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive MarCom activities

Required Knowledge and/or Experience:

    • Excellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources
    • Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
    • Experience with desktop publishing software and/or web design is a plus
    • Some facility with photo editing software such as Photoshop or Pixelmator is a plus
    • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus
