 Marcus & Millichap is seeking a Real Estate Assistant to directly support one of our top brokerage teams. The ideal candidate has a background in Real Estate with an eye for design who can assist with marketing and financial analysis. The position requires high level administrative support, strong technical skills, and a professional and customer service focused attitude.


    • Provide high level administrative support to a high-producing Retail team.
    • Maintain calendars and schedule client meetings
    • Manage and update marketing materials
    • Assist with underwriting properties by creating lease summaries, tenant lease schedules, and income & expense reports
    • Create proposals and offering memorandums using existing InDesign templates
    • Use resources provided to research comps and local market information for marketing materials
    • Create flyers, postcards, and other direct marketing materials
    • Maintain team website and agent profile online, ensuring information is up to date
    • Additional administrative duties as assigned


    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Commercial Real Estate experience or degree required
    • Adobe InDesign proficiency preferred
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite products including Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
    • Salesforce experience preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to produce detailed and timely work
