Marcus & Millichap is seeking a talented, career minded, Transaction Coordinator to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Atlanta office. This role will work specifically within a (6) person sales team. This combination provides the entrepreneurial feel of a small business while enjoying the benefits and tools of a national firm. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptionally organized, detail oriented, positive attitude, coachable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage deal flow (facilitate the creating and execution of RE documents when deals are launched and during sale process)
    • Managing escrow process for CRE listings from contract to close
    • Communicating with buyers and seller and 3rd parties (Attorneys, Title Companies, Brokers, etc) 
    • Generate market reports
    • Generate call lists as directed
    • Calendar management for meetings and travel
    • Pipeline management using Marcus & Millichap’s proprietary software

Required Knowledge and Experience:

    • 1+ years’ experience
    • Positive Attitude, Coachable, Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and Power Point
    • Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
    • Some facility with database software especially Salesforce is a plus
    • Experience with Constant Contact is a plus
    • Real Estate License a plus, but not required
