Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual to directly support the marketing of large investment properties for one of our Senior Vice President of Investments. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and is very comfortable generating marketing materials from scratch using these programs. Candidates with no real estate experience but strong backgrounds in graphic arts and marketing will be considered if they are comfortable with Microsoft Excel.

This position requires high level administrative support, strong technical skills, and a professional and customer service focused attitude. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task in high stress situations is an absolute must.


    • Provide high level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Investments
    • Create and maintain contract and proposal templates
    • Research property records and ownership
    • Database entry and management
    • Escrow management
    • Maintain calendars and schedule client meetings
    • Act as a liaison between clients and brokers
    • Additional administrative duties as assigned


    • Adobe Creative Suite experience required
    • Proficient in MS Office 2010
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to produce detailed and timely work
    • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required if candidate has the necessary skill set outlined above
    • Argus experience preferred but not required
