Marcus & Millichap is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and organized individual with a transactional commercial real estate and/or administrative background (graphic design experience is a plus) for a top producing team in our Miami office.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented and creative individual with strong written, verbal, and computer skills.  The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, be technologically proficient and able to learn new technologies quickly. Time management and the ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position – not remote or work from home.

Responsibilities

    • Gain a full knowledge of Marcus & Millichap contracts and their proper use.
    • Assist in preparation and review of fee agreements, confidentiality agreements, purchase agreements, due diligence documents, etc.
    • Ensure accuracy of all contracts and that timely executions occur in compliance with Marcus & Millichap policies
    • Become skilled on the firm’s research, technology, and marketing tools
    • Work with title companies/attorneys to move transactions forward
    • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, etc.
    • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing, including follow-up during due diligence period
    • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes
    • Manage database of all contacts (Investors, Prospects, Vendors, Agents), projects and properties
    • Keep organized, complete transaction files in accordance with state requirements
    • Provide administrative and production support including typing correspondence (letters, emails, reports, etc.)
    • Create proposals and marketing packages using Adobe InDesign and/or proprietary internal application
    • Build and deploy email campaigns with Constant Contact
    • Create and manage social media posts

Requirements

    • Self-motivated – able to perform with little direction, desire to learn
    • Excellent grammar, spelling, writing/editing and proofreading skills a must
    • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities to deadlines
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Must be technologically/computer savvy
    • Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
    • Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Graphic design experience a plus
    • The ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sources
    • 1-2 years transactional commercial real estate experience is a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree
