Marcus & Millichap is in search of a skilled and ambitious Marketing Specialist to support a top producing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in the Boston office. This role will work specifically with an 8-person sales team within the Boston office, offering the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a small business coupled with the resources and advantages of a national firm. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Additionally, candidates should have experience in generating both print and digital marketing materials, as well as creating overall marketing strategies. A hybrid work schedule may be considered for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

    • Build Proposals and Offering Memoranda
    • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns
    • Manage and grow team’s social media accounts
    • Maintain a marketing schedule of proactive marketing activities
    • Work with third parties to advertise sale listings
    • Create ad hoc marketing materials as requested by team members
    • Create marketing funnels for new leads

Required Knowledge and Experience

    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva proficiency
    • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email software
    • Microsoft office, with a strong working knowledge of Power Point
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuation
    • Versatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requested
    • Experience in real estate, financial services or B2B sales is a plus
