Corporate – REIS Staff
The position is available to the mature, experienced individual interested in working part-time hours i.e. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, approximately 21 to 24 hours per week. The potential candidate would be joining a team of Commercial Real Estate Agents in a busy brokerage office. It is essential that the candidate be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Have a professional demeanor, strong written, verbal and mathematical skills as well as a good telephone manner. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential. Candidate should be a self-confident, self starter capable of working with demanding and busy individuals.
- Performing administrative duties
- Answering phones and routing calls to agents
- Preparing marketing packages
- Research and verify data from research sites
- Creating professional email or mailing marketing campaigns
- Preparing flyers and advertisements
- Coordinating marketing efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- College degree is helpful
- Ability to follow direction and work efficiently
- Strong PC, Microsoft Office and general technology competency
- Able to adapt to a fast paced environment
- Highly ethical, hard working, dependable and punctual
- Ability to learn quickly
- Must be organized and detail oriented
