This role is a full-time, in office position working with a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Team in the Houston office of Marcus & Millichap. The individual in this position will be responsible for a wide variety of marketing and administrative duties. 

Responsibilities:

    • Manage marketing tasks for a high performing commercial real estate team that specializes in Land property sales in Texas.
    • Prepare and create marketing materials (such as proposals/evaluations, investment offering books, flyers, research reports, etc.) for each deal.
    • Collaborate with lead agent and team members to create, manage, and distribute email marketing campaigns for exclusive property listings and other email branding campaigns.
    • Maintain and update contact lists for email distributions.
    • Candidate will also assist with several executive administrative tasks including, but not limited to, transaction procedures, creating organizational pipeline documents, and other systems to create business efficiencies.
    • Manage firm’s pipeline software for team deals: from proposal tracking/organization, pre-launch prep, on market management, escrow coordination and close submission in the system.
    • Assist in maintaining client files and transaction records.
    • Coordinate with office staff on the submission of deal documents to ensure transparency and compliance with firm and state real estate commission regulations. 
    • Manage 3rd party listing sites for each deal and distribute leads to respective team members.
    • Coordinate and be a point of contact with the vendor for the creation and installation/removal of property signs.
    • Consistently update database and keep track of market transactions.
    • Opportunity to grow with the lead agent on the front end and help grow a small team of investment professionals over time. 

Qualifications:

    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suites programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) preferred.
    • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Skilled in project management
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and ability to take independent initiative for action within areas of responsibility.
    • Highly attentive to detail
    • Highly service-oriented individual with eh ability to work well as part of a team.
    • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
