Marcus & Millichap seeks qualified candidates for an Executive Assistant position on a commercial real estate investment sales team.  The role involves supporting lead agents and team members in all administrative tasks and projects.  
                  
The selected candidate will be an integral part of the team and will help to oversee transactions from inception to close. Responsibilities will include:

Sales Administration:

    • Preparing offers, listing agreements, subject removals, and related legal documents
    • Drafting counteroffers using standard documents for reference
    • Manage subject conditions dates
    • Ability to interact with clients, other brokers, and legal counsel

Real Estate Analysis:

    • Property research, demographic reports, and information packages
    • General ownership research, prospecting and helping to identify opportunities
    • Creating marketing materials including brochures, Confidential Information Packages, and proposals
    • Property valuations, highest and best use studies 

Office Administration:

    • Acting as the main point of contact for the broker, screening and delivering incoming messages, and planning meetings and appointments for the broker
    • Providing basic administrative support including filing, database management, travel arrangements, and other similar tasks
    • Assisting in the monitoring of transaction files and critical dates

Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Extremely organized, high level of attention to detail and task-oriented
    • Advanced general computer skills including fluency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
    • Experience with contact management (CRM) systems
    • Exceptional grammar, spelling, writing/editing skills
    • Proactive, professional, and self-motivated
    • Can handle high energy and high-pressure situations and want to be a part of something important, raising the bar for realtors and client expectations everywhere
