Marcus & Millichap, one of the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment services company (with more than 1,800 investment sales and financing professionals in 80 offices nationwide and throughout Canada) is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer based in Calabasas, CA who reports to the Manager Account Services Manager and VP of Marketing, Communications. The Senior Graphic Designer in our Major Account Services (MAS) department will work as part of a team of in-house professionals to create premium marketing and presentation materials for our largest national accounts. 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • Creates high-end real estate marketing brochures for both print and digital distributions.
    • Creates custom info graphics, iconography, custom mapping, site plan, e-blast, and other innovative presentation graphics. 
    • Serves as project manager for all assignments, communicating directly with both external clients and in-house editors, researchers, and financial analysts to ensure on-time project delivery.
    • Individual must have a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy.
    • Has ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment. 

Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent education and experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a relevant role
    • Minimum of 5 years graphic design experience
    • Strong project management and communication skills
    • Expert capability in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
    • In-house marketing department or ad agency background is a plus. Commercial real estate or brokerage industry experience a strong plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven organization
    • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers as well as build and maintain relationships
