We are looking for a bright individual interested in joining a successful and growing commercial real estate debt brokerage team.  Potential candidates should have a professional demeanor, strong written and verbal skills as well as good phone manner. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential. Candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, corporate sales environment.  


    • Create marketing templates and use constant contact for marketing outreach.
    • Database new leads and tracking opportunities, using programs including Sales Force, Costar, Reonomy
    • Input financial data into underwriting templates for broker review
    • Pre-fill lender forms with client provided data
    • Draft and prepare email correspondence to clients and lenders
    • Proofreading of correspondence, proposals, contracts, presentations and marketing materials.
    • Provide loan processing support as needed by team

Job Requirements:

    • High aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite of products.
    • Prior experience in Real Estate/Mortgage environment
    • Must be collaborative and self-directed.
    • Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
    • Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
    • Extraordinary attention to detail
