We are seeking a seasoned MUST be an Experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent/Broker/Manager

Marcus & Millichap’s Montreal office is growing and conducting interviews for a Regional Manager.  This is a fast-paced, dynamic position with the leading company in the industry that has a history of promoting results-oriented, high-caliber professionals.
 
We are seeking a seasoned commercial real estate professional who has a track record of success at closing transactions and building long term client relationships.  The desire to coach, mentor and lead other commercial real estate agents is a must.

Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Transactional experience in all facets of the brokerage continuum, including: Business Development, Marketing, Contracts, Negotiations, Escrow, Deal Management and Finance.    
    • Consultative and cooperative management approach in working with the District Manager and local staff.
    • Proactive leadership abilities with effective communication skills.  
    • The ability to identify, attract and recruit new and experienced agents.
    • Passion and desire to train, coach and mentor agents in a collaborative and competitive environment.
    • Critical thinking and an ability to see issues from various perspectives.
    • Vision and creativity to help enhance our agents’ revenue growth.  
    • Must be fluent in English and French
