Salesforce Product Owner

Business-centric professional with tech appetite willing to accompany our stakeholders journey to maximize SF MediaCloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects.

Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence.

Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals.Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps.

Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capabilities to influence future solutions.

Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.

Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements.

Required Qualifications

5years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant or Product Owner

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and declarative features.

Proven experience gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions.

Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications required.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Media Cloud or Salesforce Industries / Vlocity components (Omniscripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).

Preferred certifications : Salesforce administrator / App Builder / Business Analyst
