We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to drive the design, implementation and harmonisation of the issuance, order and settlement workflows for the ETF asset class. The role will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a global scalable issuance model, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and a seamless client experience.
1,100 zł - 1,300 zł a day
Technical & Business expertise:
Asset servicing environment: familiarity with the securities services landscape including roles of depositaries, custodians, transfer agents, asset manager, fund administrators.
Settlement and clearing flows: solid understanding of the asset post-trade processes including, order capture, settlements, NAV oversight, matching, reconciliations
Messaging protocols: understanding of the SWIFT messaging formats used to exchange between market participants
File transfer protocols: familiarity with standard protocols used in financial services for secure data exchange (SFTP, CFT) in the context of reconciliations, reporting, batch uploads
Target Operating Model: experience in contributing to the definition and implementation of Target Operating Model in the context of financial services
Project Management skills:
Proven experience in delivering complex transformation projects within the financial services and asset servicing domain
Exceptional focus on execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Command of project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Experience in stakeholder management with geographically dispersed teams.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business issues and propose effective solutions.
