We're on the lookout for a Senior Data Analyst who’s ready to go beyond dashboards and dive deep into real value creation.
150 zł - 190 zł an hour
Requirements description
Master's degree in computer science or comparable practical experience
5 years of industry experience with 4 years of experience in applied data science
Excellent prioritizing and work organization.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic workflow.
Experience in working on international project in a global oriented companies.
Professional English is a must - C1 is a must.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and other big data technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Your responsibilities
Partner with internal teams to design smart KPIs, intuitive reports, and impactful metrics
Turn secure platform data into strategic insights
Ideate and promote new data stories that drive decisions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through validation and quality control processes.
Manage data analysis projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
Effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Apply data analysis to solve complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
