Are you a highly skilled C++ developer with a passion for performance, low-latency systems, and modern trading infrastructure?

What You'll Do:
Architect and develop high-performance Windows-based applications using C++/C, STL, MFC, Win32, and WxWidgets
Design and implement multithreaded and distributed systems that support real-time trading and risk
Collaborate closely with front-office trading desks to deliver high-impact, business-critical solutions
Contribute to the continuous evolution of our low-latency architecture across Equities, Futures, and Options
Engage in performance tuning and low-level system optimization on x86/x64 platforms (Windows & Linux)
Work with market data feed handlers and execution gateways in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in Windows C++/C development, including GUI and systems-level programming
Strong grasp of STL, MFC, Win32, and WxWidgets
Advanced knowledge of distributed network architectures
Hands-on experience with Linux development (Red Hat, GCC toolchain)
Familiarity with market data, order routing, and execution systems
Deep understanding of multithreading, low latency, and performance optimization
Experience working in a continuous development / integration environment
Strong interpersonal skills – team player essential
💼 Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in a front-office trading or desk-aligned development role
Experience in equity or derivatives markets highly desirable
