As an Automation Specialist, you will be accoubtable for the maintenance and delivery of End User Computing (EUC) tools and automation solutions to address business and functional requirements.
This role requires end-to-end ownership of the solution lifecycle, including technical support, requirements analysis, solution design, development, configuration, reporting, testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
120 zł - 145 zł an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance End User Computing (EUC) automation tools.
Analyze and redesign business processes to improve optimization and automation.
Develop and implement automation use cases using approved tools and technologies.
Collaborate with business users to gather and assess requirements.
Communicate with management to align on business needs and provide updates.
Design, develop, test, debug, and document applications per functional requirements.
Serve as a knowledge resource while continuing to build technical skills.
Provide technical and analytical support across application development areas.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Expert-level VBA in Excel; basic MS Access development.
Advanced proficiency in Alteryx.
Solid experience in developing, testing, and maintaining EUC tools and automation procedures.
Strong understanding of data structures, sources, and relationships.
Skilled in designing user interfaces, process logic, and reporting.
Ability to translate specifications into efficient, functional code.
Basic understanding of systems engineering and the ITIL framework.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of producing technical documentation.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, React, and Python.
