This position is responsible for managing events and supporting our sales team by providing product and service information, creating sales proposals and processing sales orders. Knowledge of marketing and experience writing sales proposals for marketing services is required. Event project planning and management is essential for success of this role.

Essential functions

    • Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
    • Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
    • Formulate pricing policies on merchandise according to profitability requirements.
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
    • Collaborate with sales team members to create proposals that get signed
    • Collaborate with sales team members to handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records in CRM based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services in PandaDoc and CRM
    • Coordinate event participation and production
    • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar or High School diploma or equivalent experience with at least two+ years of Sales Admin experience or event planning experience.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Experience or interest in coordinating events
    • Strong writing skills and experience creating sales proposals
    • Strong knowledge of marketing
    • Knowledge of marketing and creative services
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Excellent verbal and written
    • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Intermediate computer skills a must (Microsoft Office 365, web browsing, researching)

    • The ability to work closely and easily with a diverse team

    • Mac user is essential.
