The Prospect Engagement Consultant's responsibilities include prospecting with potential clients that might be interested in our client’s products or services. An outstanding Associate PEC will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the lead generation process, including ways in which to discover clients’ interest in meeting with our client's Sales Teams.

Responsibilities & Essential functions

    • Effectively manages a prospecting territory and exceeds daily blend average of 260
    • Regularly exceeds performance metrics and goals set by management
    • Maintains and builds relationships with new/ existing prospects and qualifies them to generate qualified appointments and build strong networking relationships
    • Builds a “nature funnel” using company-provided tools
    • Identifies availability on an e-Calendar and schedule meetings for the client’s sales team
    • Proficient at multitasking and working out of different systems
    • Maintains detailed documentation of sales/calling activities and results updated via Prospectopia
    • Proficient at effectively communicating via phone and email
    • Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
    • Educate prospective clients on products and services
    • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
    • Maintain a record of client contact information
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2-3 years within customer service, B2B/ B2C sales, retail, hospitality, or other related
    • Ideal candidates have appointment setting experience, but we will train amazing people with b2c experience!
    • Outbound Tele-sales experience
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled with computer applications (Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, web-browsing (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox), researching)

    • Hourly base + uncapped commission!
$43,000 - $50,000 a year
Breakout is $35,360 base + uncapped commission
