The National Intelligence University (NIU) runs both Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in support of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. In your role, you will serve as the primary POC for the office, performing complex and routine administrative duties in compliance with written and oral guidance and policies.


Your Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support for 1-2 Senior Executives
Consult with University leadership, faculty, and staff on operational matters of the university

Your Qualifications

Minimum of four years’ experience working directly for a senior executive
Demonstrated strong writing skills
Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and the various university locations
• Bachelor’s degree (6 years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree)
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with professional and educational experience
