The National Intelligence University (NIU) runs Master's degree programs in support of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Your work will support University operations, to include the Office of the President, Institutional Effectiveness, Registrar and Enrollment Services, Office of Outreach, and Office of Research. You will analyze University learning techniques and procedures, focusing on curriculum portfolios and a wide array of learning objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct training and analysis to continually improve the delivery and efficacy of current curriculum 
• Create tools in conjunction with instructors to support validation of learning objectives
• Provide data gathering, trend analysis, and other similar services 

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years’ of experience in higher education settings 
• Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Instructional Systems
• TS/SCI required
