AI Production Team
AI Platform 실의 AI Production team은 플랫폼 제품 및 프로젝트를 기획 및 관리하며, 그 과정에 필요한 모든 운영 프로세스를 책임집니다. 조금 더 구체적으로 이야기하자면, AI 모델을 더 잘 개발할 수 있는 파이프라인을 만들거나, AI 모델을 서비스에 더 잘 활용할 수 있는 B2B 플랫폼 제품이나 프로젝트를 다룹니다. 저희 제품을 이용하면 AI 역량이 없거나 리소스가 부족한 조직에서도 API 나 SDK 를 통해 손쉽게 모델의 혜택을 얻을 수 있습니다. 조직구성원은 PM 과 오퍼레이션 담당자분들로 이루어져있어요. AI Platform실의 제품과 프로젝트들이 보다 성공적으로 만들어지고 운영될 수 있도록 풀어야하는 문제들을 정의하고, 풀 수 있는 단위로 쪼개고, 개발 외의 blocker 들을 직접 해결해나가고 있습니다.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between Hyperconnect and Match Group brands, ensuring effective communication, coordination and alignment of objectives.
- Collaborate with Match Group brands to clarify problem statements and establish project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Hyperconnect's ML engineers and ML software engineers to ideate and implement the most effective AI solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI-driven solutions.
- Constantly monitor and analyze project progress, performance, and potential risks, and initiate necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and cross-functional teamwork in the AI Production team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI industry trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure informed recommendations for project strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of leading business meetings and facilitating technical discussions with diverse audiences.
- Strategic, analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, possessing strong management skills and a background in service planning.
- Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, technologies, and approaches.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
- 2+ years experience working on enterprise products, preferable in the AI domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis and SQL queries.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with global stakeholders.
