We work hybrid at Plenty of Fish - IRL in our downtown Vancouver office on Tuesday and Wednesday and work remotely the remainder of the week!

As a Senior Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong product management team through hiring, mentoring, coaching, and process improvements.

So, what will you do?

    • Lead your team to discover member problems and write the job stories, specs, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements
    • Drive engagement and monetization strategies as part of a cross-functional team
    • Conduct rapid iteration, starting with prototyping, all the way through to production A/B experiments and full rollout
    • Prioritize the backlog and day-to-day work for your cross-functional team (Design, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Ops) to deliver business and customer value on a regular cadence
    • Monitor key benchmarks, analytics, and experiment results every day to ensure the health of your product

You'll be a match for this role if you have..

    • 5+ years building successful product teams
    • Experience identifying and implementing product discovery and delivery process improvements
    • Experience working on consumer products at scale
    • A deep understanding of consumer behaviour and motivations
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
$176,500 - $212,000 a year
Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
